Based on season; we use Acrylic, Wool, Mohair for Fall / Winter, we use Cotton, Rayon and combination of both for Spring / Summer. We also use Natural material such as Rattan, Pandan, Bamboo and Batik. Yes, we made to order. Anyway, we have a service to search the objects you require beyond our offered stuffs. We also have our private brand for special products retail. | | 4. | Can I order my own design?
Yes, your own design will be made after we are clear to understand every detail of your design and based on material availability. | | 5. | What is the Minimum Order?

Negotiable, based on design, material, detail and quantity. | | 7. | What are Payment Term?
We normally accept T/T payment. We will inform you by quotation or Pro forma Invoice of the full cost of your order. Our standard term is 50% deposit with order, 50% on dispatch. You will be required to pay us your deposit when you confirm your order and we will keep you inform via email or fax for the rest of the money. We dispatch the complete order when we receive your final payment. | |
